Joe Tellers brings a genuine passion for the game and a strong personal foundation to his role as a club baseball coach. A graduate of Westview High School, Joe earned varsity scholar-athlete recognition across all three years of his high school career — showing early on that his dedication extended well beyond the diamond.
Coach Joe went on to play club baseball at Gonzaga University while earning his degree in Finance. As a pitcher, he developed a deep appreciation for the craft — not just the mechanics of throwing, but the discipline and intentionality required to keep an arm healthy over the long haul. His commitment to strength training and arm care became a cornerstone of how he approached the game, and it's a mindset he carries directly into his coaching today.
Now working with club and travel baseball players, Joe is focused on helping athletes develop real, lasting skills — from pitching fundamentals to physical longevity. He believes that when players take care of their bodies and put in the right kind of work, good things follow on the mound and beyond.
