Philip Roe is a multi-sport varsity letterman in basketball and baseball, having competed at Lake Washington High School from 2013 to 2018. After earning a scholarship to Columbia Basin College, he played from 2018 to 2020 and went on to compete in the prestigious West Coast League with the Cowlitz Black Bears — a program that also produced MLB All-Star Shane Bieber. Philip graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gonzaga University in 2023 with a degree in Sport Management.

He served as a head coach for Padres Camps in 2022 and became Program Director for the national youth sports organization Skyhawks in 2023. That same year, he was named Puget Sound Region Coach of the Year and was a national Coach of the Year nominee. From September 2023 to February 2024, he signed a contract to play semi-pro baseball in Western Australia, where he also worked as the club’s Junior Development Officer, coaching players ages 5–18, running holiday camps, and implementing an arm care routine across the organization.
Currently, Philip serves as a scout for Prep Baseball and has been offered the role of Assistant Scouting Director for the Greek National Team, with plans to obtain Greek citizenship to compete internationally. He is also the founder of PRoe Diamond Consulting, helping athletes in the U.S. and Australia navigate the college recruiting process. Philip previously trained at Driveline Baseball alongside high-level talent including Shohei Ohtani, Hector Neris, and over 20 Philadelphia Phillies minor leaguers. His personal playing record since 15U stands at an impressive 281-138-5 — a reflection of his ability to build winning cultures and strong team chemistry wherever he goes.
