Bootcamps aim to reduce arm pain and throwing inefficiencies, and teach proper throwing mechanics. To do this, we use video analysis of the players movement pattern to create a hyper-personalized throwing plan that reduces those inefficiencies. We believe that our pitchers should be their own best pitching coach, so that they can make adjustments based on the knowledge and insights they have gained in their training. If we can reduce pain, and speed up recovery time, the second order effects in many cases are; increased command, velocity, better breaking pitches, and more consistent performance on the mound in game.
